How does the process work?

Once you enquire about PT I will invite you to a free consultation where we can discuss the details. I operate out of two locations, newport and cardiff. After the consultation I will discuss the program going forward and we can get started with your sessions with SMART Goals and specific training to meet them.

I currently operate at BFunctional, Newport, NP18 1HQ, AND PB Performance Gym, Cardiff, CF24 5HB.
