As a qualified PT and MSc sports and exercise Psychology graduate, I strive to provide personal training which is informatiative and motivation to the client focusing on their goals, building them and achieving them.
A consultation consists of exploring the training environment, discussing goals, addressing any queries you have about personal training and, most importantly, getting to know each other. It is very important for a client and trainer to feel comfortable with one another to build up a strong working relationship.
I can provide one to one personal training sessions, working towards your goals and assessing your progress throughout your time with me. Together we will build a structure of what you want out of personal training and I shall advise on nutrition, activities outside of our session and provide psychological techniques for you to maintain and grow towards your goals.
much like one to one training, but you can join up with a friend or family member. This is always a fun option, especially if you are nervous about beginning personal training and gives you the ability to share the experience of personal training but at a shared cost.
